How do I get my print after I buy?+
The moment your payment goes through, Payhip shows a download link on the confirmation screen and emails you a copy too. Click it and your PDF saves straight to your device — no waiting, no postman.
I've never bought a digital download. What is it, exactly?+
Nothing physical gets posted to you. You're buying a high-resolution PDF file of the artwork, which you print yourself — at home, or at any print shop. Think of it as the artwork, ready to go, minus the shipping wait and cost.
How do I actually print it?+
Open the PDF and hit print. For home printing, choose your paper size (A4, A3, etc.), set scaling to "Fit to page" or "Borderless" if your printer supports it. No printer? Upload the PDF to an online print service or take it to a local shop on a USB stick.
What sizes can I print?+
Every design is built to scale crisply to A4, A3, A2 and US Letter. You pick the size options offered on each product at checkout. The file stays sharp because it's high-resolution vector-friendly artwork.
What paper should I use?+
Any paper works, but for that gallery feel go for a matte or satin photo paper, 200gsm or heavier. It makes the colours pop and stops the print feeling flimsy.
What do I need to open the file?+
Just about anything — your phone, tablet, or computer can all open a PDF with their built-in viewer or any free PDF reader. No special software required.
Can I get a refund?+
Because prints are instant digital downloads, they can't be "returned", so sales are final. But if a file won't open or something looks off, message us and we'll sort it out right away.
Can I share or resell the print?+
Your download is for personal use — print as many copies as you like for your own walls and gifts. Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the file itself. That's the not-so-funky part that keeps the funky prints coming.
